Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, VibeRush is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VibeRush, including but not limited to scanning algorithms, user interface, and documentation, are owned by VibeRush and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

VibeRush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
